I agree that no filming, video or live capture of any kind is allowed at this event without permission & that I will furnish Well Tree Learning Ltd with copies. I hereby release and discharge Well Tree Learning Ltd., its administrators, agents, assignees and anyone who it may be claimed liable from injury or damage. This is a binding and voluntary release for all injury, accident or death, for both person and property. I am aware of and assume all risk for travel, attendance and participation in the event. I give permission to be photographed and filmed at the event. Well Tree Learning Ltd asserts the rights to all course presentations, materials & resources and I may not reproduce them as a whole or in part without prior written permission.

I have read, understand and agree to abide by all guidelines, regarding application, registration, changes and cancellations. I understand that application does not guarantee admittance, incomplete applications do not reserve a place and it my responsibility to see that Well Tree Learning receives my complete application. How to Register

Registrations will be accepted through E-application & PayPal payment or by Royal Mail.

Assignment of places is based on postmark date or PayPal transaction date.

Postal applications: Mail your full payment with the application form below in order to reserve a place. Places are limited so register early!

Do not make permanent travel arrangements until you have received your confirmation. Include your email address on your application for quicker confirmation. Well Tree Learning Ltd assumes no liability for travel arrangements made prior to email confirmation of your acceptance as an attendee.

Changes: All changes to application must be mailed or emailed to admin@well-tree-learning.co.uk. All change requests must be accompanied by a £20 administrative fee per change. Name changes require a completed application form stating the new name and the name of the person being replaced.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be mailed to Well Tree Learning Ltd or emailed to admin@well-tree-learning.co.uk.

Refund is determined by the postmark or email date.

Cancellation requests postmarked or emailed prior to one month before the Taster/Workshop date will receive a full refund minus £15 administration fee per application. Course cancellation requests will receive a full refund minus £50 administration fee per application. Retreat cancellations will receive a full refund minus £75 administration fee per application.

Cancellation requests postmarked or emailed after the deadline are not eligible for refund, but can apply tuition fee to future applications for Seminars from Well Tree Learning.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the Seminar receive no refund and are not eligible for future purchase arrangement.

Any refunds will be processed after the Taster/Workshop/Course/Retreat date.
