Assignment of places is based on postmark date or PayPal transaction date.
Postal applications: Mail your full payment with the application form below in order to reserve a place. Places are limited so register early!
Do not make permanent travel arrangements until you have received your confirmation. Include your email address on your application for quicker confirmation. Well Tree Learning Ltd assumes no liability for travel arrangements made prior to email confirmation of your acceptance as an attendee.
Changes: All changes to application must be mailed or emailed to email@example.com. All change requests must be accompanied by a £20 administrative fee per change. Name changes require a completed application form stating the new name and the name of the person being replaced.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be mailed to Well Tree Learning Ltd or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refund is determined by the postmark or email date.Cancellation requests postmarked or emailed prior to one month before the Taster/Workshop date will receive a full refund minus £15 administration fee per application. Course cancellation requests will receive a full refund minus £50 administration fee per application. Retreat cancellations will receive a full refund minus £75 administration fee per application.
Cancellation requests postmarked or emailed after the deadline are not eligible for refund, but can apply tuition fee to future applications for Seminars from Well Tree Learning.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the Seminar receive no refund and are not eligible for future purchase arrangement.
Any refunds will be processed after the Taster/Workshop/Course/Retreat date.
